Write Your Report

  1. Write your title in the center of the the top line.
  2. Skip a line.
  3. At the margin mark a dot for your first word in your first paragraph.
  4. Set your TOPIC I notes on your desk.
  5. Read your first note.
  6. Think how to write it in a sentence with your own words.
  7. Begin your paragraph at your dot next to the margin.
  8. After you have written all your TOPIC I notes in a paragraph, skip a line to start a new paragraph.
  9. Mark a dot next to the margin.
  10. Use your words to tell your readers each idea on your note cards for TOPIC II.
  11. Skip a line each time you begin another TOPIC.
  12. Write your ideas in sentences that your readers will understand.
  13. Remember: When you write, include your REASONS, your LIKENESSES and DIFFERENCES, and your SUBJECT SYNONYMS.
