Use a Checklist - Example

My Checklist for Writing, FORM 6 lists details that I can check.

• I check all my items and print a large dot on lines that I did do and large X on lines that I fixed in my report.
• With this form I can be sure my report has followed many basic rules, and I can give myself a score, either for having done it correctly or for finding and fixing my own mistakes.
• I wrote my total scores in the boxes down the center of the page and in the upper-right corner.
• Finally, I printed one or two spellings that are problems for me, and I printed clues to help me spell them.
• I will lay this FORM 8 faced down under my report.
• My report will be displayed without being covered by a form and comments.
