- We use a list to check details in our writing.
- On the left side of FORM 6 we score ourselves with either a large dot or a large X.
- We add the square boxes and write totals in a SCORE box.
- Then we add our three SCORE boxes.
- Then we tell our teacher how many errors we found and fixed, and we write two words that are spelling problems for us.
- With our stack of papers we lay this FORM 6 faced down and under our displayed reports.
