Level 3:

  1. Some notes will confuse you.
  2. Put them in a stack by themselves.
  3. You can decide about them later.
  4. Continue stacking your notes.
  5. When 2 notes are related, print their TOPIC on one card, and print the TOPIC's initial on the other card.
  6. When you add a new note card to a TOPIC stack, print that TOPIC’s initial on that new note card.
  7. After you have read and stacked all notes, pick up the notes that confused you.
  8. Hold the first confusing note next to each TOPIC and ask, “Related or unrelated?”
  9. Maybe this confusing note will now fit a into a TOPIC stack.
  10. If a note cannot fit your TOPICS, you may use it to begin a new stack.
  11. Or... you might simply choose not to use this note at all.
