  1. You have sorted your notes.
  2. You now have stacks that you named with TOPICS.
  3. Arrange your TOPIC stacks like a list, from top to bottom.
  4. Arrange your TOPICS in the order you want to write about them in your paper.
  5. Find your Topic Outline, FORM 5.
  6. Write your subject on the SUBJECT line at the top.
  7. Read the TOPICS on your note stacks.
  8. Write these TOPICS on the TOPIC lines of your Topic Outline, FORM 5.
  9. Write your TOPICS in the order that you listed your stacks on your desk.
