Assess - Task

1. Write your name on FORM 11, your Research Report Assessment Form.
2. Read the first criteria and decide how to score your writing.
3. Score each criteria, using the 1-5 Rubric Scale.
4. If your teacher will also be using this form, draw lines to divide boxes in half.
5. Score yourself on the left side of the squares and the Comments column.
6. Turn this FORM 11 with FORM 7 faced down after your Bibliography.
7. Staple all pages in the upper-left corner of your Title Page.
8. Give this report to your teacher and feel proud! You have done a huge job very, very well! Congratulations!
