Assess - Explanation

• We use the Research Report Assessment, FORM 11 to evaluate how well we wrote our report.
• With this form, we focus on 7 criteria that make good writing.
• If our teacher will also use this form, we draw a diagonal or a vertical line in each box.
• Our scores and comments will be on the left; our teacher's can be on the right.
• Each score is between #1 (improvement needed) and #5 (skilled writing).
• After FORM 7 we place FORM 11 and turn both forms faced down.  
• We staple all our pages in the upper-left corner of our Title Page.
• When flipped over, FORMS 7 and 11 can be viewed.
