  1. Make a bibliography.
  2. FORM 10 can help you make a BIBLIOGRAPHY with your FORM 2 Bibliography Information Cards.
  3. Make an outline.
  4. FORM 9 can help you make an OUTLINE from your FORM 5 Topic Outline.
  5. On a clean sheet of paper, in the center of the top line, write your title.
  6. Skip a line.
  7. At the left margin print a Roman Numeral I with a period; then write and capitalize your first Topic.
  8. Again at the margin, write a Roman Numeral II, a period, and your second Topic.
  9. On new lines write your Topics III, IV, V, and VI (no more than 6 Topics).
  10. Refer to FORM 9 for instructions on spacing.
  11. Make a title page.
  12. If you are writing a title page by hand, lay FORM 8 under a blank sheet of paper.
  13. See-through words will help you center the words.
  14. Computer SPACE BAR, RETURN, and CENTER also help.
  15. Stack your pages.
  16. Set your Bibliography on the bottom, then your Report, your Outline, and your Title Page on the top.
  17. Staple in the upper-left corner.
