- Make a bibliography.
- FORM 10 can help you make a BIBLIOGRAPHY with your FORM 2 Bibliography Information Cards.
- Make an outline.
- FORM 9 can help you make an OUTLINE from your FORM 5 Topic Outline.
- On a clean sheet of paper, in the center of the top line, write your title.
- Skip a line.
- At the left margin print a Roman Numeral I with a period; then write and capitalize your first Topic.
- Again at the margin, write a Roman Numeral II, a period, and your second Topic.
- On new lines write your Topics III, IV, V, and VI (no more than 6 Topics).
- Refer to FORM 9 for instructions on spacing.
- Make a title page.
- If you are writing a title page by hand, lay FORM 8 under a blank sheet of paper.
- See-through words will help you center the words.
- Computer SPACE BAR, RETURN, and CENTER also help.
- Stack your pages.
- Set your Bibliography on the bottom, then your Report, your Outline, and your Title Page on the top.
- Staple in the upper-left corner.
