- 1. First, I used FORM 2 and FORM 10 to make my Bibliography.
- Then I set my Bibliography on my desk.
- It will be on the bottom, under all my pages.
- 2. On my Bibliography I set my written Report.
- 3. Then, on my Report, I set my Outline listing all of my Topics.
- I used FORM 9 to make my Outline from my TOPIC OUTLINE, FORM 5.
- 4. On my Outline I set my Title Page. [To write my Title Page, I laid FORM 8 under my blank paper sheet, and I wrote my words over the centered see-through words.]
- 5. Finally, I stapled all my pages together in the upper-left corner.
