  1. Write your title in the center of the top line.
  2. Skip a line.
  3. At the margin begin your Introductory Paragraph.
  4. Copy it from the top lines on your Topic Outline, FORM 5.
  5. Skip a line and copy your TOPIC I Topic Sentence.
  6. Read your first note from your TOPIC I note stack and decide how to write it in a sentence with your own words.
  7. Write all your TOPIC I notes in this paragraph.
  8. Skip a line to start your TOPIC II paragraph.
  9. Copy your TOPIC II Topic Sentence.
  10. Write your Topic II notes in sentences.
  11. Continue with paragraphs about each of your TOPICS.
  12. End your report by copying your Conclusion from the bottom of your Topic Outline, FORM 5.
  13. Remember: Include your Examples, Definitions, Reasons,  Likenesses and Differences, and Sentence Patterns.
  14. When you use a Subject Synonym, √ its number on your Subject Synonyms, FORM 4.
