• I centered my title on the top line.
• I skipped a line.
• I began at the margin, and I copied my planned Introductory Paragraph from the top of my Topic Outline, FORM 5.
• Then I skipped a line and began my second paragraph with my Topic Sentence for TOPIC I.
• I wrote my notes 1-6 about Loon Homes.
• I again skipped a line and began my third paragraph with my Topic Sentence for TOPIC II on my outline.
• I wrote this paragraph with notes  7-12 about Loon Families.
• Again I skipped a line.
• My fourth paragraph's Topic Sentence introduces TOPIC III on my Topic Outline with notes 13-20 about Loon Food.
• At the end I skipped a line and copied my Concluding Paragraph from the bottom of my Topic Outline, FORM 5.
• When I used a chosen Subject Synonym, I √ its number on FORM 4.
