  1. Make a Title Page.
  2. If you are writing by hand, lay Title Page, FORM 9 under a blank paper.
  3. See-through words will help you center your words.
  4. Make an Outline from your FORM 4.
  5. In the center of your top line print your title.
  6. Skip a line.
  7. At the left margin print a Roman Numeral I a period, and your first TOPIC.
  8. Skip a line.
  9. Again at the margin, print a Roman Numeral II, a period, and your second TOPIC.
  10. Again skip a line.
  11. On new lines print your third, fourth, fifth, and sixth TOPICS (no more than 6).
  12. Make a Bibliography.
  13. [LEVEL 2] Use your Bibliography, FORM 8 to list your sources.
  14. [In LEVEL 3 a Bibliography is an alphabetized list.]
  15. Stack the pages of your final report in this order:First: Lay your Bibliography, FORM 8 on your desk.Next: Set your REPORT on your Bibliography, Form 8.
  16. Now: Place your Topic Outline on your REPORT.
  17. Also: Set your Title Page on your Topic Outline.
  18. Finally: STAPLE all your pages together in the upper-left corner.
