A Research Report Assessment, FORM 7, lists 7 criteria that make good writing.
In the center boxes I drew vertical lines to divide my score boxes in half.
In each box I scored myself on the left side.
My teacher will score me on the right side.
I read and considered each criteria.
On the left side of each box I gave myself what I think is an accurate score.
Finally, I turned this FORM 7 and FORM 6 faced down under my report, after Bibliography FORM 8.
I stapled all pages in the upper-left corner of my Title Page.
Now my report will not be covered by forms and comments.
