Write TOPICS for your Subject on your Topic Web, FORM 1.

  1. Find your Topic Web, FORM 1.
  2. You have written your subject in the center box.
  3. Now think of least two TOPICS. Write them in the TOPIC boxes.
  4. Ask yourself, “What kinds of information might I find about (my subject)?”
  5. When you answer this question, write each TOPIC in a TOPIC box.

You will need between 2 and 6 TOPICS.

Help yourself think of more TOPICS.

  • Ask this question again and again and again: “What other kinds of information might I find about (my subject)?”
  • Write TOPICS in the empty TOPIC boxes on your Topic Web.
  • Repeat this same question until you have written all the TOPICS you can name: “What other kinds of information might I find about (my subject)?”
